I run online Zoom Knowledge Cafés on various aspects of Conversational Leadership.

A few words about the format of the Cafés:
- Each Café is themed on a post from my online blook on Conversational Leadership.
- Depending on the content, each Café is between 2 and 3 hours in duration.
- The size of the Cafés is limited to 20 or so participants.
- The Cafés are run on various days and times to allow people from different time zones to participate.
- Cafés are standalone and people can take part without having participated in earlier events in the series.
- Participants are asked to read some material in my blook a day or two before joining the Café. This should take no more than 10 – 15 minutes.
